Why 40% of our clients have more than one machine from us.
Our client up the West Coast, 120 Km North of Cape Town with his 4th machine – an eco solvent printer, installed on Sunday 17th October 2021 by Leon from our Cape Town branch.
Our clients regularly buy more machines from us for a few simple but important reasons. The process of starting or expanding your business starts with one machine. Before long, you will have acquired design and marketing skills (and of course pick up ideas from somewhere else) and you will begin to look at extra machines. Often, it’s because two machines will allow you to add value and secure a higher selling price. More often than not it is because you realise that unless you can provide for your clients’ specific needs, they will just go elsewhere.
The next step is for clients to acquire more machines. Often it is a second laser or third. Some branch into colour, adding a UV printer or Eco solvent printer, vinyl cutters and heat presses. Some go further adding T-Shirt printers. There is no obvious choice what machine to buy next. Some add Fiber engravers and CNCs.
What we do know is that just as one screwdriver doesn’t make a tool box – nor does one laser machine. A simple single garage can house 4 or 5 machines easily and that is becoming more and more common.
Our record client installation is 22 machines.
But the overwhelming reason is that Perfect Laser has over 40 staff who collectively can answer any software or hardware problem on any machine – and up until 8pm at night. And just as importantly – we use a cloud-based management system that allows any staff member to assist you. We are truly with you all the way, whether you have 1 or 22 machines.
Another client up the West Coast near Cape Town – they bought a CNC router – and we installed it (and their existing machines) into new promises … over voting weekend.
We Installed the new CNC router, and moved the Vinyl cutter and PLT-6040 Laser from their home in Langebaan, to the business premises in Vredenburg and set it up for them to ensure the mirror alignments are 100% and everything else is working perfectly.
